This is hands down the best rogulike deck builder I've ever played. It didn't take me very long to get hooked into this game.
The amount of content and freedom in the game is amazing. Want to build your tank for bleed damage? Go for it. Want your ranged guy to build defense and thorns? Done
Want to stack crazy amounts of elemental damage? Have your healer help your mage stack them.
The amount of content is great as well, including the DLCs. You have to work through your runs and do quests to unlock playabke character and pets. You level up the heroes you play with and gain more stats for their skill tree. Your town has an upgrade system from the items you can find in the shop to getting discounts on said items. You unlock more cards as you venture through the game and the characters have a small leveling system through your run as well.
I think my absolute favorite part is it's co-op so you can have your friends help control an amount of the 4 heroes. They also ping to help with picking out cards in your hands or help make choices during the events you encounter on the map.
The only negative that comes to light is that the runs can be pretty time consuming especially to newer players. Solo runs can also be tedious having to control 4 heroes and build them out, but i feel like this gets easier with experience as well.
This game is easily in my 10 and I'm looking forward to every future run.
