This is a good and enjoyable game. The game setting is great, the graphics are great, the music is just so on-point too. Dialogue is enjoyable and humorous (though definitely for mature audiences). This is incredibly on-par for a Justin Roiland game. I've had a lot of fun playing it...until I got about 2/3 the way through.
You spend a lot of time trying to find and unlock chests that give you gun upgrades & pesos (in-game currency), and spend it on additional upgrades for your guns. Finding and unlocking the chests is pretty enjoyable in itself honestly, as you are rewarded heavily for exploring the maps.
But all this is pretty much for naught, as toward the end of the game, you set your guns down (twice, in fact) for a conversation. Upon picking the guns back up, you will find one or more of them have lost all their upgrades (not the mods, just the upgrades). Upon the 2nd time putting your guns down and picking them back up, you will have lost all upgrades on a least a 2nd gun or the remainder of them.
Quitting and restarting the game did not fix this problem, even after I knew it was likely going to happen when picking guns up a 2nd time.
I searched to find if anyone else was experiencing this issue, and come to find out, people have been experiencing this bug since the game launched and nothing has been done to fix it.
So no, don't get this game, they won't even fix a known issue that's been ongoing for over a year that completely undoes the hours of time you put in hunting down chests to upgrade your guns.
