It's an art book and a sound track. You either want it or you don't. There's nothing hidden here and you aren't forced to buy it.
This adds nothing to game play. The game used to have more expensive donation-versions during development / crowd funding, this is just some of the bonus content that was included in those more expensive editions. It didn't used to be displayed on steam, so some people who purchased those older editions (that are no longer available) were not even aware that this was included free for them.
With those crowd funding versions discontinued the Aficianado bonus DLC can now be purchased alone or in the Total Lockdown Bundle.

For anyone who is trying to find the content, it's in the game folder (as you should expect...)
Standard Path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect\DLC
Or whatever drive you have it installed on.
If that's too complex, use the Steam Library, right click the game, choose properties (from the menu), Local Files (tab), Browse Local Files (button), DLC (folder)
The soundtrack is 18 tracks in flac, wave and mp3 formats. The artbook is a 21 page pdf.
