I thoroughly enjoyed tanuki sunset... as a an unlocked game I can play in in a google tab. It helps me get through the boring times in school and its awesome, its simple and the movement is smooth momentum carries even if i do a j-turn and drifts feel like actual drifts and it felt challenging yet satisfying. So hoping it was like this with more things to do, oh how I was disappointed. It was more aesthetically pleasing ill give it that but that is quite literally it. Everything feels clunky and even when in the "main menu" the movement is off and I have to press escape two times to get out of any window. To access my audio and graphic settings(b/c those are the only actual setting you cant change key binds) I can't just pause my game and change it no I have to go back to the shop (main menu) and waddle over to a boombox? the shop itself is very un-intuitive where finding things is hard and any time you need to go do something at a specific part it makes a noise or you some form of weird movement form the character but you can't really tell because the music and ambiance is very busy for no reason and there are a lot of distracting colors and is just very busy. When I actually play the game it just feels to easy and the camera angle is so weird and I just feel slow. This is a really cool concept and would love it if it was like the tab game and just overall easier to use. P.S. This game seems like a more controller friendly game, so I used that and it is lightly better in terms of like pausing the game and selecting things but I mean come on if you're putting it on steam at least try to make it nice for KBM.
I recommned trying the one on google just look up tanuki sunset and it should be there
