For $3 the game is surprisingly thorough, there are many forms of making money in the game but most are based on crafting some resource into something better by the end of the game. Some are better than others in regards to time and effort but can mostly still work just as well. I enjoyed messing around with different strategies throughout my time and it is surprisingly entertaining.
The only issues with the game that I can see currently one or two QoL improvements which are not that bad, and the late term achievements for the game are virtually impossible to get without free play mode. One thing I will note is that this is a good game for achievement hunting if you feel like skipping the normal gameplay reset loop and just max out stats on free play.
This game on low difficulties is simply a lot of fun, but if you feel like taking a challenge there is always hard and ultimate difficulty which will remove most of the fun, but the challenge for people like me on that is totally worth it.
What I really mean to say after all of this is the game is $3 just buy it.
