This DLC is definitely not worth it on full price. If you have frequent money problems and want to get easy money, you can buy healthcare shares, but a hospital, sell the shares and sell the hospital. It doesn't add much to the city building part of the game since the financial buildings look similar to the normal office buildings. However, if you zoom in, the financial buildings are a variety of old style bank-like buildings and more modern skyscraper-like buildings. Overall, unless you really look, or didn't add much to the visual element of the game, although you can make easy money. Basically, if you want it, you should get it on sale.
