Overall, great DLC. It includes:
-Monorails
-Cable Cars
-Blimps
-Ferries
These are all great transport systems, even though most of them aren't commonly used in cities. The only annoying thing is that trams are not present, as it was included in Snowfall, and intercity buses are not present, due to being included in Sunset Harbor.
This DLC also includes a variety of new roads, 3 maps and 3 scenarios.
To sum things up, I would give this DLC a solid 9/10.
