Good
Pedestrian street satisfies my anti-car mindset. Busses, trolley busses and tram's can be integrated into the streets giving zone-able public transit only roads. Slow driving area policy can be used to reduce speed limits although I prefer TMPE for this. Higher density/capacity educational buildings are nice too
Bad
Expensive
The pedestrianised street costs are higher than what they should really be, they cost as much as the standard road for the same width. The associated painted area costs is pretty high at 0.625 per cell per week. I feel like the service points are a little expensive too
Some building cannot be built along a pedestrian street
Garbage buildings, starting building for a university for the campus DLC and harbors cannot be built along a pedestrian street
Minor things
Service points seem to be a middle man
Not a fan of the modern architecture of the buildings added
I get texture clipping in the service buildings
