This DLC provides several different features, most of which are very helpful!
It is hard to make money out of the fishing industry, but even if you don't, it attracts tourists and gives your rivers, lakes and seas a nice touch by adding several small boats amongst the larger ones.
Intercity buses are expensive to have due to the cost of the stations and are similar to trains, but require less infrastructure overall and give more variety to roads.
The inland water treatment plants are amazing if you don't have green cities but don't want your rivers polluted, but the new garbage system is expensive and doesn't work very well.
Finally, the trolleybuses are basically trams but with less options available. There are no hubs connecting trolleybuses with other public transport services, and no trolleybus-only roads or lanes like there are with trams.
Overall, I recommend this if you enjoy making your city look clean and your roads to have more variety, and overall this DLC still helps with city management.
