Good outfits overall: faithful renditions of various iconic Castlevania protagonists.

If you buy the Battle Pass, Soma Cruz is fantastic.
All perks are basically "synergy perks" that require other perks to be useful.
Eyes of Belmont has a bit of an awkward state in the meta because aura reading is a bit of a meme. Does not boost aura perks that are actually strong (Wiretap / Kindred) and is a bit weird to use overall. Still very fun and rewards interesting build-craft done by good players.
Moment of Glory is bad... so why can't I stop using it? It's very weak without the specific niche of being run alongside Appraisal from Elodie Rakoto (or Residual Manifest from Haddie Kaur if you're a gamer like me) and even then it's not great. 60 seconds waiting for a heal is a huge moment of vulnerability and you could honestly just use a medkit during that time instead of bleeding out of your ass while doing gens.
Exultation is funny. Exultation is also really fucking bad. Upgrading an item is a funny meme but not a good one, recovering a pitiful 25% charges barely matters for most items, and stunning a killer is a crapshoot. (Load against a Huntress while running this perk and cry.) This is basically only useful for Broken Keys since you can stun the killer and turn it into a purple key which can open hatch: this perk doesn't matter much for flashlights and medkits and is basically an active detriment when used on toolboxes.

KILLER

Hey kids do you like playing Jayce in League of Legends?
Three forms that are all weaker than normal but the value is in combining them as needed.
Vampire exists for reliability. Hellfire works on most loops but lacks true explosive power.
Wolf is what you will use a solid 70% of the time. Dashes are potent and powerful but can be hard to aim in the open. Also breaks pallets fast. Also can pick up smelly balls to run faster and being 120% can be quite useful at times.
Bat exists for mobility but can also be used as a very strong chase tool if you play Spirit.
Strong build variety if you understand how to play between the forms.
Perks suck.
Except Hex: Wretched Fate which exists entirely to enable Hex: Pentimento.

Very strong killer overall with a lot of potential and skill expression if played well. Survivor is very fun even if most of his perks are memes. Very good value even if you don't like Castlevania.
It's not a 10/10 but it's a very solid 8. Maybe 8.5, depending on how much you enjoy Trevor's memes. (As stated I have Moment of Glory brainworms so it's a very solid 8.5 for me.)
Can we all go harass Netflix to give us Trevor and Sypha from the Netflix series? Also Richter too.
