I do like the Game very much and will give this DLC a Thumbs up but i have to admit its also more like a neutral for me. The Base Idea is nice, but it felt unpolished and not well thought-out. This DLC could have been much more then it is.
I liked the New Room and the new 2 NPC's, the Quest Line was alright, but the new Tech Category seemed like someone just pushed stuff in it without thinking about it. :(
What can you expect?
A new Quest Line to follow, a new Room with new Buildings to heal souls including a corpse Burner and a way to change Organs to give more white Skulls + 2 new NPC's in that Room, and also a new Research Category that doesn't really add much.
The New Research Category:
- The other Tech besides the DLC Buildings are alternative ways for Fertilizer and very Overpowered Grave Stones. ( Because the Tech is so cheap you will unlock those probably before you unlock the Base Game ones, which seems like really bad Game Design to me. If i haven't even unlocked + 10 Marmor Grave Stones why can i build + 20 ones already for a cheapter price?! And you never need +20 Grave Stones because no Quest ever Requests you to increase the Grave Yard Rating enough to justify a +20 Gravestone in my eyes. Could have been a nice Quest for the DLC but wasn't added.)
Should you buy it?
50/50. It doesn't add as much to the Base Game as the other 2 DLC's, but it does add something. So i recommend to buy it on Sale. Otherwise you might regret it.
