With how many Legendary Hunters released these days tend to be crazed out crackheads that'll shank you for staring in their general direction, it's nice to have the odd normal, more down to Earth characters like Sgt. Bridgewater.
He looks dope, and so do the weapon skins that come with him, especially the Specter with the neat pouch at the shotty's stock. Only thing I think that could have improved him was a little toggle to flip his hat on or off, but that's just a minor thing in the grand scheme of things.
