This adds a small puzzle line of quests that lead to a significantly powerful set of armor for how early you can get it.
If you don't like the early game difficulty curve because you aren't great at fighting bandits and you want to make the game more forgiving, this is perfect for you. It has good cha for speech, it has good armor for combat, it even has a pole arm you can smith
It also adds in a little sprinkle of lore about a legendary king Brunswick.
- The armor is VERY strong for how early you get it, but you dont need to use it if you dont want to, you can even sell it for a nice starting bump of gold if thats your jam. Personally I equipped the dagger and put most of the armor in a box to keep the early game challenging and busted it back out later on when i had found some similar strength gear
- The armor is NOT the strongest armor in the game. I know that's a pretty common practice in games like this but honestly this armor is high midtier armor with a couple sets of armor with stronger armor values later on.
- The lore is very one and done, coming almost in like a childrens fable format. A scribe just tells you a story and you are on your way
- The maps/puzzles are not hard if you are observant, the first step requires you knowing anything about the region or progressing until the first clue is essentially explained or you stumble across the right spot to make henry say "oh thats what the clue means"
