A fun DLC if you do all of the content associated with it! You can also basically just skip all of the content by doing the quests in a certain way, finishing the whole DLC in <1 hour, but I don't recommend that as you get the rewards for the DLC during the quests, not at the end of them.
Unlike with A Woman's Lot, I do think that this DLC deserves its mixed reviews. The quests are very unique, and very fun, but there is a lack of content associated with this DLC. I did all of the achievements for this DLC, and most if not all of the available dialogue options, and it took me 5-6 hours total. Compare that to A Woman's Lot, which has 10+ hours of content in the form of quests, and you get a nice doggie and the Houndmaster Skill.
I still recommend The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, though, because I enjoyed the other quests with Capon, and the quest with the Charlatan, which you will get more fun quests associated with them through this DLC.
TLDR: Fun, but short.
