A really nice table, that's fairly slow paced and with enough game features to keep things interesting. As I said, there are lots of things to do, with interesting quests and a good mini game to keep your fingers occupied. I really like this table and the voices really add to the overall atmosphere of the table. It's well laid out and the ramps are just difficult enough, without being a pain to hit. Most of the targets are well placed, with a large round spinner at top right, and a more traditional one to the left.
A target at table top opens the castle gate (the Portcullis, which I know as I'm English and we had castles) which rises to invite the ball in, to be saved toward either multi-ball, or the kidnapping mini-game, and - remarkably - there is even an in-game quiz, in which answers of true or false are chosen by the flippers. To say this table has it all, is NOT overstating things.
One of the best incentives to play better, come when you lose your ball. The info windows mocks you mercilessly - as it should - and incites greater caution with whichever bad move caused you to be shamed.
All said and done, I find this to be one of the very best tables in the Zen lineup. Game-play, pacing, atmosphere and variety are all top notch, earning this table a solid. 9/10
