Not as good as I remember it. The game world and characters are all really great. But the gameplay is so one note. The DOOM 3 engine is still awesome and I think this game is much better than DOOM 3, too. However, I still didn't feel compelled to finish Prey when I got the urge to replay it. It's a great trip down nostalgia lane with an HD texture pack, but really was probably only ever average at best.
