F1+2 is a heinous warcrime button. 16f mid that is impossible to step in neutral that is only -8 on block, heat engages, and does a full combo with heat dash.
he has 4,2 and 4,4 a 12f mid fish hook that has a mid extension, and a high extension respectively that enables him to go to PHX stance at +6 on BLOCK.
he has b2f, which is a range 2.8 safe sword that lets him go into guaranteed PHX follow ups on an easy hit confirm. Pushes back on block, so you chill if it doesn't hit and play more neutral with your sword.
he has an armor move, b1+2, that does more damage if you absorb hits, enabling Clive to get damage that other characters have to burn a heat dash for. This move also hits from range 4.
he has a safe 13f mid heat engager in 1+2, literally Jun's -12 1+2, but safe because scrub baby mode guest character.
he has an 18f dragunov d2 on his d1 that is +2 on hit instead of -1. same on block as drag
he has one of the longest range whiff punishers with db2,1 and it can be charged to remain safe if you messed up
he has b1, db1, and WS3 homing moves that are ALL wallsplat homing moves. b1 is a homing mid ch launcher on top of that.
he has 3,2 and WS3 to send Torgal the farquad wolf at his opponent and completely reset neutral ON BLOCK whenever he wants.
he has a 5f omni parry that is super active

I really have people in my life and X feed downplaying this character. Though I'm not surprised, they did the same thing for launch T7 Leroy. Pay to win character to boost sales around the holiday season. He currently has nearly a 60% win rate in ranked. The next highest is Panda at 54%. (Rangchu won the Tekken World Tour by the way with bears, so yes, I think win rate is a reasonable statistic to judge character capability)
Some of the strongest players in the world also think this character is cancer op. Ulsan, Chanel, and more. Check their X account posts about Clive and you'll see the evidence. There are also more people reaching GoD with Clive in a two week window than any character released before him. Not a surprise. There are 310+ Clives in GoD ranks which is more than 70% of the cast.
