Not sure if its worth $8, but she is a good character, and I like her lore.
In case you were wondering, the gist is that she can absorb electricity (via the electrified status effect, which doesn't harm her) and the shoots it back at enemies, giving them the effect. She can also switch places with other characters and then releases the electricity at the spot she switches to. also she can turn invisible. Her special damages all enemies that are electrified.
DLC doesn't usually go on sale, but if this one does, probably buy it. Or if you just have $8 to burn. You won't be missing out on anything major if you don't though.
