The laundry system is a nice touch for realism, but it quickly becomes frustrating in actual gameplay. The washing machine breaks down frequently, and even when the laundry basket is empty, Sims still throw clothes on the floor for no clear reason. It’s also disappointing that only teens and older can help with laundry—children are completely excluded. Worst of all, sometimes even clean, dry clothes can put Sims in a bad mood. If you're playing with a household of more than four Sims, managing laundry becomes a constant chore rather than an immersive feature.
