i dont normally write reviews for the sims 4 dlcs, especially not in recent times since ive stopped buying them completely (screw you ea) but i wanted to write a review for this pack since its probably one of my favourites. idk if im just kinda biased, since i am personally quite into the whole "area 51 alien conspiracies" aesthetic, but i do also like the furniture and clothes and the world that comes with this as well. (i will admit ive used the inviting swing out door in almost all of my science lab builds) the gameplay is also kinda cool, but ive only played it like one time and then kinda just forgotten about it, which could either be considered a good or a bad thing depending on whether or not youre just gonna play the game like normal if you move into strangerville. price wise, i dont really remember whether i thought it was a good deal or not since i bought it ages ago, but just to be sure, like all sims 4 dlcs, if youre going to buy it get it on sale. but as a whole it was worth it for me so idk its your money do what you want

Storyline

Explore StrangerVille, a rural desert town shrouded in secrecy. Encounter weird weather, creepy townies, dangerous plants, odd collectibles, and more. Immerse your Sim in unique and mysterious events. Unmarked vans appear in neighborhoods, government agents use secret listening devices, and scanners are key in detecting the unusual. Have your Sims investigate using their Military training, searching for clues to solve a mystery that lies within the secret lab. Get Sims in the mystery-solving mood by gearing them up in desert-inspired clothing and military fatigues, or prepare them for the end with conspiracy-themed clothes, secret agent attire, and a hazmat suit.
