There is an inherit problem with games with no limitations. People who are given unlimited answers will always struggle more than those who are only given three. UEBS ultimately gives you the power to simulate large battles, but what for? For what reason? The resounding result is battles resulting in tens of thousands of soldiers, but, between the frames, what are you watching? There's not much intrigue to watching pre-programmed AI fight a meaningless battle in the modern day.
Ultimately, this is a game I bought when I was much too young to know whether or not it'd be worth my time, and now that it's been rotting in my steam library for who knows how many years now... Yeah, it wasn't.
