If you, like me, got this DLC because it was forced onto you by a bundle that has Shen's Legacy, know that you can right click XCOM2 in your Stream Library, go the the DLC tab, and disable this DLC. This will stop randomly generated soldiers from spawning into the game with high-quality clown shoes.
