Bugfix/Balance Update: Feb 22nd
Fixed lasers visually lagging behind player
Storm blessing can no longer spawn two of the same pickup
Frost blessing triggers its counter attack on both layers of shield
Homing lasers should no longer freeze the game
Removed an issue where armsmaster could fire with an ammoless weapon with packrat and frame perfect swapping
Skully no longer uses twice as much ammo when he has runes
Reduced the rate at which the player damage softcap scales from one per 10% damage to once per 20% damage (you will continue to get 4% damage until 140% total damage instead of 130%, and 3% until 160%, at which point you will start getting 2% damage up.
You can no longer sometimes end up with a basic sword if you're not overlord
Fixed a bug where getting a certain secret weapon would crash the game the next time a weapon dropped
fixed an issue where breaches and vault doors broke on a later game floor
Gun with no name should be able to open things more reliably
Fixed all the issues with phasing weapons and blocks hopefully
Fixed an issue where blocks displaced by Sokobash could result in floating water.
