Recovery of Unrecovered Caliber
Greetings, Descendants!
We have identified an issue where Caliber was not being deducted when two or more refunds were requested
through an external platform (Steam, console) store and the Caliber recollected at the same time.
This issue has been fixed,
and we will be issuing temporary suspensions and collecting Caliber from those Descendants whose Caliber was only partially collected.

- PST 2024.12.15(Sun) 7:00 PM ~ 2024.12.16(Mon) 5:00 AM PST

If you have less than 0 Caliber after the suspension, your account access will be restricted according to our Refund Policy.
In this case, account access will be restricted for "abuse of the open market processes"
and can only be lifted after a process of appeal through Customer Service.
The appeal process can be done by purchasing the negative amount of Caliber and submitting the payment receipt to Customer Service.
