Server Opening and Scenario Sign-Up Announcement

Version 1.3.2 introduces an upgraded scenario sign-up system. To plan your journey ahead, please refer to the following server schedule.
You can join the following servers without signing up before the first round of sign-ups on November 21 (subject to the actual server list):
* All times in this announcement refer to local server times.
* We will open more servers as circumstances require.
The server opening and sign-up schedule after the server maintenance on November 21 is as follows (subject to the actual server list):
* The opening time for Prismverse's Clash will be delayed if requirements are not met, but the server is guaranteed to open after the delay.
