Bloodshore Review (Ltm1900)

Squid Game meets PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.
You don't play mini games during the day and rest at night, but try to survive in a forest with activated mines, raids and betrayals. Be aware there will be gore/disfigurement, I played 3 times to see different endings and cannot avoid that (close-up) disturbing scene.
As a FMV and choice matter game, I find it disappointing because some options seem to be important but make no difference. Romance or bromance both lead to my companion being tortured and dying in front of me, regardless of my team leading points, power, relationship point etc at the end. The story is straightforward and easy to follow, unlike the TV show, you are a special agent investigating the mastermind behind the competition. The ending is the protagonist forced to give out names then involved in gunfights and happily escaped with another dude unharmed, honestly I find it so strange. I have no idea how to trigger other endings, if there are any.
I rate it positive only because the actors are doing fine.
