Convergence: A League of Legends Story Review (Plasma)
I wanted to like this game, and it is fun don't get me wrong, but i keep having this bug that just makes me not want to play the game more because...i literally can't.
A good chunk of the way through the game, there is a train sequence, a train boss fight...i keep dying at that boss fight, so it puts me at the checkpoint before it...problem is, the door is now shut...i have tried an uninstall and reinstall, verify integrity, messages riot about it and nothing...i am soft locked, even tried a new save, same thing happened, soft locked AGAIN. and the fact the creators know about this issue and are not doing to change it...it's stupid. Combine this with a very just frankly kind of boring story that straight up ignores previous character development, gameplay that just uses the logic of "just keep throwing more enemies at them" rather than make fights interesting and unique. Cameos from more known characters that fall short of anything other than their appearance being notable, and to top it all off an unreasonable price that doesn't really do anything with the genre that any other indie game would do better.
Don't get this game, it's not worth it, even if you like the universe of League of Legends, play Song of Nunu, Hextech Mayhem or Ruined King instead, those are actually decent games compared to this, which is a shame, cause i really did want to like this game, but it literally won't let me play it, a game breaking bug that completely stops progress, and the developers just don't care and won't fix it. Shame on them.
