FAR: Lone Sails Review (LordCrispen)

I don't know how to make suggestions to other people. I don't know how people value their money when buying games like this. I'm just going to say what I feel:
This game is beautiful. It's calm (mostly!), and you're not going to be stuck on puzzles. I cannot fathom anyone being unable to finish the game, even new gamers. It's a very un-challenging game, and that immediately turned me off when I realized how easy the game was. It somehow at the same time grabbed me and I was okay with just having a relaxing chill experience. I tend to really take my time in games like this that can be very atmospheric and not meant to be speed-run, and I finished in under two hours I think. I'm not sure it has replayability, although 100%'ing the achievements look like they could be done pretty easily in a second runthrough.

*edit* I forgot to mention that some of the set pieces in the second half were really cool and I was super glad I pushed through and got to experience them. *edit*
I see a game like this being a short concise experience, and I assume people will cry about the price, even if it's just a few bucks. I think if you spend under $5 on a game and you don't hate it, it's WELL worth the price. I liked it enough to put in a positive recommendation. The 'puzzles' are akin to some of the easiest puzzles from Limbo/Inside. They are a step above "walk here and press a switch", but I promise you won't ever run into more than one or two spots where you will spend more than 15-30 seconds to figure it out.
1 out of 10 if you're looking for puzzles or platforming challenges.
9 out of 10 if you just want to mentally check out and chill for 2 hours, spend less than $5 doing it, and see some cool stuff.
