FTL: Faster Than Light Review (general)
100% worth to buy. to those who are not willing to pay 10€ just whishlist the game beacause it drops down to like 2€ during nearly every sale.
DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU DESPITE LOOKING LIKE IT THE GAME IS FAR FROM BEEING BLAND/BORING
to those wondering it is an rouglike/strategy/indie game. it rapidly switches between strategy action and decision making which makes it fun and exciting, even if you were to play it for a lot of hours straight.
the game allows you to pause at any time giving new players the time they need to make their decisions (no that doesnt make the game boring or easy.)
aditionally it is a verry hard game and every new player will likely die a bunch of times to random events or hard battles without even seeing the final boss (or beating it). despite that it is one of the few games that are a lot of fun even if you are terrible at it. needless to say it is fun for advanced players too.
it would take a lot of time to complete the full game (and at that point it would defenitely be worth its money) and even if players were to do that mods already exist giving an overwhelming ammount of content. though i would recoment to stick to the base game for the first ~50/~100 hrs
i could write another assay about the music but i dont think that is necessary you can just listen to it yourself ingame or on platforms like youtube.
