Goodbye World Review (RogueRhythm)
Clearly this game is meant to be a passion piece and a love letter to the folks within the indie game creation community. Almost like an inside joke is meant to be shared between the people that know it, this game feels like it'll be a little lost on the folks that don't have an attachment to the industry. Of course there is some truth in the idea of giving up your passions to make your life steady, but at the same time it seems as if the developers were going for a more targeted feel.
All that said I do like what this game is going for but don't think the average person will get much enjoyment out of it, especially for a $12 price tag. It's more a short visual novel than anything else, so if you do elect to give it a shot, just know that's mostly what you'll be getting.
