I just want to point out some frustrations I had with this DLC so far. I played on Apple Arcade since launch and really loved the 50th Anniversary items. I was hoping they would be in this DLC, but after days of grinding (we will get to that bit later), I found out that wasn't part of this DLC. I wish they would state everything that is in the DLC in the description because I would have still purchased it but not been so disappointed after all that work. Secondly, not all the pieces of the event items are included (seems obvious but no). it says only 5/16 events are fully completed in my collections tab and some only gave a few pieces. I was pretty regular in playing on Arcade but I did not pay attention to what year it was, thus did not think that I'd be missing items from sets. Obviously now I get it but it took a minute. If someone came in without previous knowledge on the game and how the events work they would be so confused why only partial sets were completed after buying DLC. My last disappointment is that you need to use all the items you get if you want to access the DLC ASAP. I have 1 friendship bouquet and several island bouquets left from the deluxe DLC after using them to gift more islanders and unlock more quests. Each bundle requires different quests and levelling Badtz-Maru to level 11 is a bit wild to unlock the event bundle! I think the disappointment of no cross-play/saves on top of this really was just what made me so sad because I just wanted to hop on, dress up my character in cute clothes, and decorate cabins, but then I found out that was impossible without waiting on levelling up characters. I don't really expect item DLCs to put your items behind a quest like this and I purchase a lot of cozy games and DLC. I will say that overall I DO recommend this bundle as it is great value and a time saver, but I hope that the devs can put in exactly what you get in the description and photos/video so that people know exactly what they are working for. And also I hope we get the 50th anniversary event items or I may cry /hj Anyway, highly recommend this game and DLC overall despite the hiccups and surprises! All the event items that you do get are cute and once you do unlock the DLC stuff you can decorate all the cabins you like with ease! If you are reading this and want to get this DLC and the items quickly, just make sure to focus on the characters and the quests you need for it and take it slowly your first time.
