Mindcop Review (hashtagfred)
WOW! This game blew my expectations. It gives some vibes of Life is Strange, Night in the Woods, and Psychonauts (story more than gameplay). If any of those games resonate with you, I seriously suggest trying out Mindcop. I had my eye on it but was hesitant when I heard about the length, but I'm glad I went for it anyway; there is tremendous replay value to the point that I was glad I failed my first attempt so I could go through a second attempt that was a success. There's still more details to grab, so even if you do well your first try you should definitely give a 2nd run or more just to see what you missed. Especially since the time limit puts serious pressure on you.
My only real cons is that sometimes the time used seem inconsistent between how long some tasks would take. Even felt like some tasks used more time than stated but I could have just been misreading things. Additionally there is so much you can inspect, that a thorough player could easily focus on the wrong things looking for minute details. While there are story threads and body language to examine closely, other details are almost a waste of time. This may not be the case for everyone, and the pro's definitely out weigh the cons.
