Startup Company Review (GEO)
This game isn't terrible, it's actually decent. However, it doesn't meet the expectations one might have. The initial tutorial is quite plain, merely instructing you on what to achieve without providing a detailed explanation of how to do it, leaving you confused and frustrated. The character meant to assist you doesn't offer much more guidance either. One major flaw of this game is its lack of clear instructions, leading to occasional confusion and frustration. There is also an overwhelming amount of tasks to handle, making it easy to mix up priorities and make mistakes. Eventually, you realise that the game-play becomes repetitive, centred around hiring, marketing, and growth. Once you get a good amount of wealth, there isn't much left to do as the game lacks depth and engaging content. The game has a lot of untapped potential, and it would be great if the developers resumed updating it instead of using it as a type of cash-grab for their new game (which others agree on), in which shares a similar concept. Playing this game requires a lot of patience, and I find it surprising that it has received many positive reviews.
THE GOOD
- Provides a realistic business experience
- Offers various website services
- Good music
- Nice UI
THE BAD
- Tutorials are unclear
- Lack of meaningful activities once your business becomes successful
- Becomes repetitive after a few hours of game-play
- Insufficient content and limited things to do
- Requires a significant amount of grinding
- Takes time to understand the game properly to an extent where you can enjoy it
- Not beginner-friendly beyond the basic starting phase
One small detail I would like to mention is that there are little to none helpful guides on platforms, and if you do find anything its just game play. I had high expectations for this game as I thought was going to be great but I was disappointed.
