A Complex ... for Simpletons
The Complex is not a game in its usual sense, it's an interactive movie with lots of decisions to make - unfortunately a bad one. If you like the story baseline in games from Quantic Games like Detroit: Become Human, Heavy Rain or Beyond Two Souls, or if you enjoyed intreactive movies like Late Shift, you might like The Complex, too. But I doubt it, because the aforementioned tend to be classy stories - this one doesn't even qualify as a B movie, imho.

+Your choices do matter in that sense, that you will see scenes and different developments according to your decisions
Cons
-it's debatable, whether this is a movie or a game; and if it's not the latter, is it worth the money? I would argue: No, no matter the category!
-the actors and actresses are mediocre at best, except for Clare, who does a good job and is believable
-the dialgue is abysmal! And I mean ABYSMAL!!
-you can tell the cut between different scenes due to a small portion, where the sound is muted for a short period of time; it's nothing too bad, but takes away from the immersiveness heavily
-there are several plot holes, that show how bad the writing is (you'll see, when you "play")

My last Two Cents
The Complex tries to be an interactive sci-fi-y thriller movie, that lets you build your own story. But due to its many, many flaws it is nothing but a disgrace for the gaming and movie industry, that is not worth a penny of anybody's money; so stay away!
