The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie Review (brandonlow93)
Do not play as the first game into the series (Start with Trails in the Sky ideally for the true first game if you want to start this series, or at LEAST start with Trails of Cold Steel if you want the more 3D ones with less catch up/confusion, though there will still be some with Cold Steel).
I mean at this point if you love this series you will most likely love this game. An amazing finish of all of the arcs so far. Admittedly I have watched a fan translation prior to playing, but I am of course playing now that it is out in English officially. Wraps up tons of loose ends, builds anticipation for the rest of the series well, builds on plot/characters amazingly while having a good amount of new/interesting stuff. If you are a JRPG fan this is a must play when you reach this point in the series
