Urban Flow Review (Bijiooo)

the game is awesome. I've already got it on the Switch (where it runs less than great).
and weirdly, from what I saw of its Steam page, they don't advertise the fact that with this version they've included the Switch DLC -- both of 'em. the Snow one AND alien one -- I had to buy these things extra on Switch. so hey. they even charge the same price as most other budget titles. THAT, friends, is dope. and all the better for not calling this "Urban Flow: Definitive Funky Flow Edition" or something stupid. it's class all the way. a fun little Casual game for an extremely low price.
and look, this is a cellphone game. this is a really simple cellphone game that's pretty creative, pretty fun, can even get difficult . . . it's cheerfully rendered, it runs smooth, all that good stuff. so already a definite recommend, only for me this game's vaulted into Something Special territory by one usually unimportant thing in games like this: its MUSIC.
by the way, if you're like me, you might be looking for a certain track from I think the fifth level in the game -- it's called "Hip-Hop Spring Guitar Vibe" by an artist called Watermello. it's on YouTube at the moment. it sold me on this game.
only issue I have is what they've done with extending each track throughout a level's longer runtime . . . in that they haven't. the track plays, stops, then runs again. that's not the best. but the music's more or less entirely great, so hey. whatever. maybe it's just my taste, but I think it's way above the norm for such a budget indie title. I love the music in this game.
if you wait for a sale I bet you can get this game for 2 American dollars. I say give it a shot. absolutely.
