House Flipper: Garden DLC Review (T-800)

180 hours of play time in House Flipper, 50 hours spent on Garden DLC alone:
Placing down surfaces such as paving stones are a pain because lining them up perfectly is kind of difficult depending on where you lay them, laying a pathway to the front door can be tricky because the larger paving stones won't fit then you need to use smaller ones which do not line up every time to complete the pathway or effect you are going for. Most of the time the smaller paving stones overlap the larger ones ruining the effect especially in corners. Installing large things like pools are also a pain because you cannot zoom out to see where its actually going to be put down, usually I have to put it down then sell it then repeat this process 3-4x till I get it near where I want it and even then I just stop because its frustrating. Putting down large items you can never really get them where you exactly want them same with paving stones, it really ruins the effects and drastically dampens creativity.
The fences are an absolute nightmare, its basically down to luck being able to get them to line up, I spent hours upon hours on the fences and 7/10 I couldn't get them to line up so I just stopped using them. Allot of parts of this DLC are quite frustrating and annoying but I can overlook certain things due to how fun it was for me personally.
The added Fruit trees and edible plants are cool and you can build an outdoor home theatre and BBQ area with cool effects and pathways leading to a nice pool. You can build extensive gardens with tomato plants, pumpkin etc, the flower beds are really nice which allows you to go nuts on massive flower gardens. It has a few Japanese Garden effects that you can use to create quite beautiful looking gardens.
If you already own the base Game yea pick it up on a sale and give it a try because it does add extra content to the base Game, mods have really saved this Game for me and made it allot more interesting. This is a case of I want to give it a thumbs down due to not having a zoom out function when placing large structures and the annoying line up issue but I will give it a thumbs up because overall I am enjoying it just be aware of these issues.
