Poppy Playtime Review (Quick)
I can never recommend this game firstly The game is basically a walking simulator with about 3 puzzles that a child could work out. The story is pretty basic your in n old toy factory and after a while you find huggy wuggy who chases you and you have to escape you spend more time doing the puzzles than anything. You can see them in the trailer it took me a very short time to complete the chapter my kid then played it through as had friends talking about it and my kid was not impressed by it overall.
The game is ok for free but honestly it takes about 30 mins to complete and very underwhelming, please bare in mind i paid for this game when this game originally came out people had to buy it... when they made it free they never offered the people who bought it after its success any sort of discount on chapter 2 which is why i and many others have boycotted mob entertainment. No loyalty to the original fan base.
I would have most likely got the other games if i and many others had been treated better but unfortunately a basic discount was never offered and the company never gave a crap about the original supporters and made the game free to draw more people in. if they wished to release the game for free they should have mad that intention clear. They could have made a demo in which you get a feel for the story or something. It had enough publicity from streamers also as well and the merchandising afterwards .
Overall the game is underwhelming made by a trash company and lost a huge part of its fan base due to its crappy morals
