Resident Evil: Revelations Review (winterMAN555)

"We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and once the issue is resolved, we will re-release the update." quoted straight from Capcom's update. There were 0 patch notes and no notice from them before implementing a surprise update, one that broke mods and the game itself for many users (especially Steamdeck) by implementing Enigma Protector. I'll reiterate how they specifically said "WE WILL RE-RELEASE THE UPDATE".
No Capcom, if you do that a lot of legitimate buyers will be more upset than the minuscule amount of people that would pirate this 11 year old game. The negative reviews will stay up unless you leave these games alone, as they worked perfectly fine before this. How about you focus on what truly matters?
You guys haven't fixed Operation Raccoon City nor Lost Planet 2. I would willingly give you money for multiple copies of those games so I could play them with friends. I mean it, I'd throw money at you if we were able to play these again. And even more money if there was any RE Outbreak rerelease with online capabilities (or the original REs)! But apparently, giving players the ability to experience these games isn't a priority.
Hell, giving players a good experience with their games isn't a priority either. Who could forget the poorly implemented forced DX12 update for RE2/3 remakes? What about the RE Village stutters cause by the DRM?
Now, I'm a big RE enjoyer. My profile can attest to that. I really enjoy the series, and multiple other Capcom IPs (Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter, Onimusha, Dragon's Dogma to name a few) but if this is the future of being a Capcom customer then I don't think I will continue purchasing their games. I want to be able to freely redownload these games whenever I want to replay them, be able to mod them to enhance replayability, but most importantly I want them to function properly. Is that too much to ask for? Please reconsider your stance Capcom.
